I lead discovery to define requirements and success metrics; configure catalogs, roles/permissions, enrollments, curricula, certifications, and automated notifications; and partner with IT and vendors to deliver integrations (e.g., SSO/SAML or OIDC, HRIS feeds, and APIs) that improve data accuracy and the learner experience.
